Pauline and Matt Davies started an insurance brokerage in Samoa after the 2009 tsunami there exposed a real need for an intermediary service. They went shopping for a cloud-based policy administration and accounts system that was flexible enough to manage variations in local insurance practice but which could also deal with Lloyd’s placements, but found nothing that met their requirements. And so, InsuredHQ was born.
InsuredHQ has our roots in meeting the needs of insurance businesses in emerging markets, to provide the functionality needed in both traditional markets and in emerging economies where practices may be more fluid. InsuredHQ also includes a high degree of automation, to reduce handling costs and errors, increase the end-customer experience, and make it financially viable to sell and manage high volume insurance policies with smaller teams.
Along this journey, InsuredHQ has discovered that our powerful platform is in high demand by mid-market Insurers and Managing Agents who are in desperate need of a flexible insurance administration platform that can manage their rapid growth, the launch of new business lines, and remote team accessibility that modern insurance companies demand.
InsuredHQ is all you need for your business in one easy-to-use, low-cost package.
